ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

SHIPPING

○ All purchases are packaged and shipped at the end of every week. Certain holidays may delay the shipping period.
○ All preorder items take an estimate of one or two months before they are shipped due to my manufacturer's production period and the time needed to quality check and package.



RETURN POLICY

○ You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
○ If the product you received is not what you expected, please contact me before returning the item or filing a claim.
○ The buyer is to cover the cost of the return.
○ Please note that exceptions may apply to requested returns of certain products.
○ If you have any questions, please contact me.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS

○ If you wish to return an item, please kindly send me an email or DM via Instagram or Twitter containing your name, address, email address, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.
○ Please ship the item back within 14 days of the date of the notification and after I respond to your message.
○ You are responsible for any damage that may happen during the return shipment. Please send your item well packaged and in their original packaging.
○ A tracking number MUST be provided for the return shipment. Please notify me of the tracking number.
○ For returned items that are shipped internationally, please mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Custom charges. I am not responsible for any Custom charges imposed on the returned package.
○ The refund will be process through the same payment method that you used to make your original purchase.
○ If the item is used or damaged, I reserve the right to deduct the value of the item when a refund is given.
